MG’s brand new model the MG6 has been appointed the official Business Car of Choice to the UK Pavilion at Shanghai World Expo 2010. Guy Jones, MG Motor UK Sales and Marketing Director said, “It’s an honour for our cars to be involved in this prestigious global event and providing services to the UK pavilion. World Expo 2010 will be the ideal platform to showcase the MG brand and the new MG6 model to a worldwide audience.” World Expo Expo 2010 will be held in Shanghai, China between May and October 2010, and is a scheduled World Expo in the grand tradition of international fairs and expositions. By hosting this extraordinary event, Shanghai hopes to build a powerful and lasting pilot example of sustainable and harmonious urban living. The event is expected to attract 70 million visitors from all over the world. The UK Pavilion The UK Pavilion at the Expo, hosted by The Foreign and Commonwealth Office alongside a number of influential founder sponsors, will provide the perfect opportunity to highlight British creativity, diversity and innovation, and its contribution to dealing with global challenges such as sustainable development.
